Have you seen our raised planters along Blanshard Street? These 10 self-watering Lifespace Gardens garden beds line the sidewalk between Courtney and Yates Streets in downtown Victoria. Installed in 2019, they feature pollinator plants, native plants, and edible fruit and veggies.

The streetscape was established to animate our urban environment and engage community members with their food system. These gardens contribute to a healthy and diverse ecosystem in the downtown core, support local food security, and enable folks to see urban agriculture in action!
